TIAS Day One - Linda H in MD
My first thought was that this mystery piece might be a bracelet or a chatelaine but now I have no idea what it will be. Believe this is my second mock picot. It was a little tricky trying to get it to look like the others but I had fun.
Thread: Lizbeth Size 20 Col. 154 (Wildflower Garden).
Not sure why those orange stitches on that split ring look so large in the photo. May try to open that ring and re-tat that side to make it look even.

I'd measure it before retro tatting. It may be an illusion of the photo instead of actual size difference.

I remember loosely tatting the unflipped stitches in that split chain because I was trying not to mess up that mock picot so it was good I corrected the problem. It was also good practice opening that split ring. Thanks for the great advice!
